Fitting Instructions:

Ensure the skin is clean and free of all cosmetic products.
Standing in front of a mirror, experiment with positioning to acheive the best fit and look.
Apply to the nipple area making sure to position correctly.
Gently smooth down to ensure product is fully sealed to the skin
Remove your adhesive nipple covers before retiring
