IMPORTANT INFORMATION regarding delivery
/ shipping
Please
note that although BoobyBits.com will attempt to
process order requests as normal, we cannot guarantee
that goods will reach you according to regular delivery
schedules. Severe weather conditions we are presently
experiencing may randomly cause delay in delivery
to various areas in the United Kingdom and abroad.
:: Inland UK Customers
:: 06/11/09 - Strike action has
been suspended by Royal Mail. However, Strike Action
may once again cause delays / problems in the NEW
YEAR (unless Royal Mail are able to make a lasting
agreement with their staff). This is in addition
to the chaos that has already been caused by random
and 'full on' postal strikes across the UK. As this
action has caused delays for our customers, we have
added further delivery options using Parcel Force
(who say they are NOT affected by the industrial
action). Whilst being more expensive at £7.70
- for 24 hour (Next Working Day) or £6.70
for a 48 hour service, this does ensure timely delivery
of the items you require in the event Royal Mail
are on strike. N.B: Parcel Force do not make delivery
on Saturday so if ordering on Friday, you will not
receive goods until Monday.
:: International
Customers :: Ireland, USA, Australia,
etc... Please be aware that your order could be
subject to delay due to Royal Mail continue Strike
/ industrial action. If you decide to proceed with
your purchase, you will need to bear in mind that
you may not receive your goods for 2 or 3 weeks,
possibly even longer. Please contact us if you require
a special shipping quotation.
The above information overrides our regular postal
/ shipping arrangements whilst Royal Mail strikes
are in effect. Ordering details and deadlines remain
as stated below.

We aspire to 100% stock availability. Occasionally demand may mean that we have run low on certain stock items or have had to wait longer than anticipated for new stock to arrive. If we are out of stock of a particular item at the time of your order we will still endeavour to deliver your order within 28 days. The waiting time for new supplies can be variable, as we are dependent upon our suppliers. On the rare occasions that the waiting time is going to be longer than a couple of days, you will be e-mailed with the option of continuing to wait or cancelling the order. Please ensure you have supplied a correct and valid e-mail address and / or daytime contact telephone number.
Manufacturers occasionally discontinue certain items without prior notice. We have no control over this but will let you know if we are no longer able to fulfil your order.
Under all circumstances, if delay is anticipated you will be notified and given the option to cancel your order.
1) Standard inland
UK delivery is charged at £2.35
(Up to a maximum 2 kilo's) Sent via Royal Mail,
delivery normally within 2 to 5 working days (signature
required).
- Orders received after 1pm may not be processed
until the following working day.
- Goods ordered after 11.00AM Saturday will not
be despatched until Monday.
- Orders
with a total weight over 2 kilo's may be subject
to a further charge of £2.25 - we will contact
you if this applies.
2)
Express 'Next Working Day' inland UK delivery is
charged at £4.60 (Up to a
maximum 2 Kilo's) Deliverd Next working
day made before 1pm for orders placed (received
by us) before Midday Mon-Fri (signature required
when you accept delivery of package).
- Orders placed after 3.00 (PM) Friday cannot
be guaranteed and may not arrive until the following
Monday morning.
- Some orders may be sent using a Courier service
- these also require a signature for delivery
(delivery may be made between 8am and 5pm).
- Orders with a total weight over
2 kilo's are subject to a further charge of £2.25
- we will contact you if this applies.
3)Customers requiring
delivery on Saturday (within mainland UK)
with package weights over 2 kilo's:
Please note that these may be subject to a further
surcharge to cover the high cost of this special
service - we will contact you if this applies to
your order. If in doubt please call or email us
before placing your order. Normally this will only
apply to large orders for multiple items and/or
heavy items.
4) Orders made from
within Europe (the 'EU') delivery
(shipping) is charged at £7.50.GBP.
- Orders with a total shipping weight over 1 kilo may be subject to a further charge, you will contacted if this applies to your order. Please allow 7 days for delivery. Delivery cannot be guaranteed to be made on a particular day.

International orders (outside of Europe or the 'EU')
i.e USA, Australia,
etc. THIS DELIVERY SERVICE SUSPENDED UNTIL
FURTHER NOTICE.
- Orders with a total shipping weight over 1 kilo may be subject to a further charge, you will contacted if this applies to your order. Please allow 10 days for delivery. Delivery cannot be guaranteed to be made on a particular day. N.B. Some world destinations are subject to restricted or non availability of certain delivery services from the UK, if this becomes apparent you will be contacted prior to final processing.
General information for customers ordering from outside the UK…
Please be aware that imported goods can be subject to restrictions and / or additional charges in some countries. ALSO, electrical items may not be compatible with your non UK fittings / voltages and as such any warranty / guarantee will not be valid for use of product outside of the UK. All payments must be made in UK Pounds. £-GBP. Any payment received in Non UK currency must include the equivalent of £10.00 GBP to cover bank exchange charges. The details you provide BoobyBits.com for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. If you supply incorrect or inaccurate address details and your order is returned to us as a result of this, a charge will be made for re-delivery.
Undelivered / returned items - Please note…
If we have attempted to deliver your goods via Royal Mail Recorded or Special delivery and the goods are returned to us as you were not home and failed to pick up the goods within the time limits imposed by the post office, we will treat this as a cancelled order and we will make a charge to cover our costs in sending these goods out to you. You will also be charged postage at our current tariff if you require the goods to be redelivered.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible if the post office has failed to notify you of an attempted delivery. You will need to take this up with the local sorting office.
In the unlikely event that your goods have been lost in transit, we are unable to refund or resend goods until our enquiries have been completed. This can take up to 15 working days, as a trace will need to be issued to track your goods. In most circumstances this will be resolved sooner.
N.B. We do not reimburse any P&P charges once an item has gone out for delivery.
Recieved incorrect items...
If we have sent out an incorrect item, please contact us without delay and we will instruct you how to return the item back to us. We will send you the correct item at no further P&P charge but will charge the full item cost until we receive the returned, incorrect item back in our warehouse. Once the incorrect item has been accepted back (in undamaged, as new condition), we will issue a refund including your return P&P costs.

Payment Information
We accept most credit and debit cards including Visa & Visa ELECTRON, American Express, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, and Solo. We do not accept Diners Card. Alternatively; you can pay by personal cheque or Postal Orders. Please do not forget to sign your cheque and write your name and address on the back. Please cross postal orders and cheques and make all payments to Tara’s Choice Limited. It is not advisable to send cash by Post – we cannot accept liability for lost monies sent via post.
What will I see on my bank statement?
Payments will be shown as being made to Tara’s Choice Limited.
Please do not e-mail your order to us. Your C Card and personal details cannot be guaranteed to be safely transferred by e-mail.
Any payment recieved in by Non UK currency / cheque must include the equivalent of £10.00 GBP to cover bank exchange charges.

Returns Information
We are happy to replace or refund faulty goods if returned to us within 2 weeks of purchase providing they are returned in the original packaging.
If goods are deemed to be faulty they may be returned to us within 30 days for replacement at our discretion – we will examine the returned goods and give a refund or replacement based on our decision, which is final.
Customers wishing to return goods must contact us by email or telephone first. When returning items please include your order receipt and a covering note explaining the reason for return so that we can identify your order quickly and replace or refund goods as may be applicable. Only goods returned in as new condition will be refunded or replaced. Please do not return breast enhancers or adhesive products which have been used even if they have been cleaned or washed - these items cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons.
Please allow up to ten working days for your goods to be returned to us (Please note: to ensure we receive your returned goods we recommend using recorded delivery). As soon as we receive your goods we will endeavour to process your request, for either refund or replacement as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take a few days so we would be grateful if you could bear with us. Please note: If you have changed your C Card or your original C Card has subsequently expired we will not be able to make a refund back to the said C Card. In these cases we will contact you.
We will let you know via the supplied e-mail address or telephone number as soon as any refund has been processed.
We advise you for your own protection to retain your proof of postage for any item you wish to return, as we cannot be held responsible for packages which are damaged or lost in transit. BoobyBits.com request that goods should be returned in their original sealed packaging where possible, with labels intact. Goods must be unworn, and/or unsoiled and in re-saleable condition. (This does not affect your statutory rights).
We reserve the right to make a charge for damaged or missing items, which may affect the total amount credited to you.
We reserve the right to charge a £10.00 restocking fee on returned items which are comprised of multiple items /large packaging.
