Fitting Instructions:
Place your Secrets bra inserts close to the bottom of your breasts near to the under band of your bra (bottom edge of bra cup). Check that the finely feathered edges do not wrinkle or become trapped under your bra band.
Experiment with the placement of your Secrets until you have the best position in your bra / best effect.
Adjust your natural breast and bra so there is a full and smooth line in the bra cup.

Q:When I take my bra off last thing at night, I see lines and marks - is this bad?
A:This shows that the natural circulation has been restricted. Firstly, it is important to check that you are wearing a bra that is the correct fitting as around 75% of women put up with a poorly fitting bra.
Bra's can be like shoes, just because the label says it is your fitting this may not necessarily be ideal for you. Try wearing your bra a little less by removing in the evening. Before you retire, why not treat your breasts, neck and shoulders to a gentle massage (can be great fun for two!). We recommend using a quality lotion to gently sooth and massage your bust, shoulders and general chest area for around 15 minutes.
