Instructions:

Ensure nipples are clean and free from hairs
Using thumb and forefinger gently tease out the nipple until partially erect
Place the cylinder over the nipple and expell air by squeezing rubber bulb
Adjust suction level to a comfortable level by removing more air as necessary.

Notes:

Do not use if nipples are sore or you are experiencing any discomfort which is out of character for you (consult your GP)
Nipple super Suckers can be cleaned by immersing in warm soapy water and using a soft cloth.

Is it true that exercises such as push-ups or press-ups, etc, can increase bust size?

Yes, but this will only very slightly increase your bust size. Breasts are almost entirely composed of fat so too much exercise will actually decrease their size. These exercises are great for toning the chest muscles beneath the bust (the pectoral muscles). A well toned set of pectorals can make the bust appear perkier though.
