Drinking water is good for your boobs!
Yes, it's true. It is actually very important for your body to be properly hydrated, including the breasts! It is recommended by GP's that we should drink around 2 litres of quality water a day in order to keep our skin, minds and diestive process in good order. Properly hydrated, the bust will appear a little plumper and fuller and the skin will feel more tactile and less dry.
We recommend not to drink too many carbonated (fizzy) drinks, cups of tea or coffee, during a typical day - try to replace them with plain or fruit flavoured mineral water.
