To increase cleavage, wear them in your regular size bra.

Fitting Instructions:
The heaviest part of the DEMI SECRET should always sit closest to the under band of your bra.
Insert the SECRET inside the bra, with the indented portion underneath the breast.
Adjust your natural breast and bra so there is a full and smooth line in the bra cup.
